About The Position

The Lead Material Associate receives, unloads, inspects, transports, and stores inbound supplies; fills supply orders from pick lists; and coordinates delivery to designated outbound areas. The role maintains an orderly storage facility and shipment records, arranges transportation of non-stock items through a chain-of-custody procedure, and assigns duties to employees as needed. The position operates electric pallet and lift trucks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or until work is finished, with alternating weekends. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and benefits eligible.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of work experience.
• Valid driver's license with no violations in the last three years.
• Two to three years of electric pallet jack and lift truck experience.
• Ability to stretch and bend to fill orders, walk extensively, stand for long periods, and potentially lift boxes weighing 75–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check, inspect, transport, and store inbound supplies.

• Maintain records of packing slips, receiving reports, and chain-of-custody reports for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Arrange transportation of non-stock items through a chain-of-custody procedure.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to employees as needed.
