About The Position

The Lead Material Associate supports supply chain distribution operations by handling inbound supplies, fulfilling supply orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the storage facility. The role operates electric pallet and lift trucks, maintains shipment documentation and chain-of-custody records, arranges transportation for non-stock items, and assigns duties to employees as needed. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or until work is finished, with alternating weekends. The position is 40 hours per week. The listed pay range is $19.80 to $29.70 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of work experience.
Valid driver's license with no violations in the last three years.
Two to three years of electric pallet jack and lift truck experience.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, check, inspect, transport, and store inbound supplies.
Fill orders from supply pick lists and coordinate delivery to designated outbound service areas.
Maintain a clean and orderly storage facility.
Operate electric pallet and lift trucks to handle supplies.
Maintain records of packing slips, receiving reports, and chain-of-custody reports for inbound and outbound shipments.
Arrange transportation of non-stock items using a chain-of-custody procedure.
Assign duties and responsibilities to employees as needed.
