Drives strategic decision-making by translating complex data into clear recommendations that shape marketing investment and growth priorities. Influence cross-functional leaders by defining success metrics, optimizing channel strategy, and identifying high-impact opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills with strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing and media channels; experience with mobile and Gen AI is highly preferred.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and implement data-driven recommendations successfully.
  • Master's degree or 7+ years of equivalent practical experience
  • Working knowledge of agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor AI, Codex
  • Proficient in SQL, Databricks, Python
  • Prior experience in Marketing analytics, customer analytics or Product analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver real-time category specific strategic perspectives to drive marketing growth at Adobe.
  • Measure and analyze upper and mid-funnel performance of our high end marketing initiatives including campaign progressions and benchmarks.
  • Evaluate marketing investment efficiency and partner with paid media teams with customer targeting and journey mapping.
  • Develop executive‑ready narratives and summaries, translating complex analyses into clear takeaways for senior leadership and business reviews.
  • Develop central initiatives by collaborating closely with the media, Product Marketing, Finance, Go-To-Market, and adobe.com teams.
  • Build innovative solutions to improve the influence of marketing on product growth.
  • Drive guidelines and improvements in internal analytics tools through partnerships with cross-category teams.
