About The Position

Stripe Theory is seeking a candidate who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. They enjoy digging into data, asking questions, and turning complex information into clear recommendations that help clients make smarter marketing decisions. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, helping measure marketing effectiveness, uncover opportunities, build scalable reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that influence strategy. You'll partner closely with strategists, account teams, and clients while helping shape the future of our analytics capabilities through automation, AI, and modern measurement practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or marketing strategy within an agency, consulting, or brand environment.
  • A naturally analytical thinker who enjoys working with numbers and solving problems through data.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable making decisions despite incomplete information, pushing analyses as far as the data allows before making practical recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable manipulating large datasets and ensuring data accuracy before drawing conclusions. Curious enough to ask why the numbers changed, not just report that they did.
  • Able to transform data into concise, actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Comfortable building executive-ready presentations that tell a compelling story with data.
  • Confident presenting findings on client calls or eager to develop stronger client presentation skills.
  • Experienced analyzing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Familiar with managing budgets.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows to improve analysis, reporting, research, or operational efficiency.

  • Experience with Social listening tools as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance across paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations that drive business decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI, ROAS, attribution, incrementality, customer journey, and marketing mix analyses.
  • Partner with client teams to develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Support data integration efforts across platforms including CRM, web analytics, social media, paid media, email marketing, and e-commerce systems.
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and streamline recurring workflows.
  • Utilize spreadsheets, APIs, and data visualization platforms to clean, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Assist in implementing data governance, quality assurance, and analytics best practices.
  • Configure and manage data collection platforms, tagging strategies, social listening, media monitoring, and digital measurement solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends around privacy, cookieless measurement, first-party data strategies, and evolving digital analytics practices.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to identify statistically meaningful trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets.
  • Support rapid-turn reporting for crisis communications, executive updates, and high-profile client initiatives.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by developing measurement strategies and showcasing data-driven opportunities.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to continuously improve Stripe Theory's analytics products, processes, and capabilities.
