About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Responsible for planning, developing, and managing integrated marketing communications and precision marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth. This role leads strategic paid media planning and investment decisions, leveraging data, analytics, audience insights, and marketing technology capabilities to optimize performance across digital and traditional channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of experience in paid media strategy, media planning, performance marketing, marketing investment management, precision marketing, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels, including search, social, video, display, retail media, programmatic, connected TV (CTV), audio, and emerging platforms.
  • Own media planning frameworks and investment strategies that align marketing objectives, audience priorities, and business growth targets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to optimize media allocation, budget planning, and investment effectiveness across campaigns and customer segments.
  • Drive annual, quarterly, and campaign-level media planning processes, ensuring investments are aligned with prioritized business objectives and expected ROI.
  • Leverage advanced marketing technology platforms, customer data, audience insights, and automation tools to enable precision targeting and personalized customer experiences.
  • Develop audience strategies utilizing first-party, second-party, and third-party data to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with analytics, MarTech, and data science teams to translate business objectives into actionable targeting, measurement, and optimization strategies.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks, attribution methodologies, and KPI reporting to evaluate media effectiveness and marketing investment return.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and customer insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance, recommend budget reallocations, and implement optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and business impact.
  • Translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of integrated communications programs that support strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, product, analytics, digital, and agency teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of campaign assets, content strategy, and communication plans to maximize customer engagement and brand impact.
  • Partner with business unit leaders, agency partners, analytics teams, IT organizations, and senior executives to develop marketing strategies aligned with AT&T's growth objectives.
  • Influence strategic decision-making through customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and investment recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment among marketing, media, technology, analytics, finance, and product teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in media strategy, marketing investment planning, audience activation, and performance optimization.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with significant autonomy and influence.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members while promoting best practices in media planning, measurement, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Present recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
