About The Position

The Marketing Communications Specialist - Internal Communications will be responsible for drafting executive communications, supporting executive thought leadership, and assisting in the development and execution of strategic communications plans. This role will contribute to storytelling initiatives, manage enterprise campaigns and live events, and ensure alignment across internal communication channels. The specialist will also manage deliverables, maintain reporting, and oversee executive materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of related work experience in corporate communications, public relations, content creation, editing, publishing, planning and project management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of internal and change communications best practices
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work with senior stakeholders and executive leaders
  • This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
  • This position requires candidates to be on-site in Lowell, AR.

Responsibilities

  • Draft executive communications for executive-level programs, including leadership messages, scripts and internal announcements
  • Support executive thought leadership efforts, including speaking engagements, LinkedIn content and media opportunities
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic communications plans aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Contribute to storytelling initiatives that highlight employee impact, innovation and company strategy
  • Assist in managing enterprise campaigns, live events and company initiatives, including project coordination across cross-functional teams through project management tools to track progress and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment across internal communication channels, including activation and timing of messaging
  • Manage deliverables such as agendas, presentations and supporting materials
  • Maintain executive communications reporting and ongoing program reporting to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for executive communications programs
  • Manage executive materials, including bios, headshots and communication assets
