Primary This position has a strong emphasis on Fabrication within our manufacturing environment. This position would be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where safety, quality and teamwork are of utmost importance. Primary Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

Lead the troubleshooting process for breakdowns and process issues on fabrication equipment including flat sheet laser cutters, press brakes, turret punch presses, panel benders, and custom automated equipment
Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures including program/process changes, equipment upgrades, and preventative maintenance document improvements
Make program corrections for various sheet metal fabrication machines
Key team member in operator training sessions
Participate in cross functional team projects related to new product development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
Ensure safety throughout manufacturing practices, procedures and equipment
