Primary This position has a strong emphasis on Fabrication within our manufacturing environment. This position would be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where safety, quality and teamwork are of utmost importance. Individuals in this role can expect to share ownership of projects, achieve a high level of job satisfaction and feel like a valued member of the organization. Primary Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Lead the troubleshooting process for breakdowns and process issues on fabrication equipment including flat sheet laser cutters, press brakes, turret punch presses, panel benders, and custom automated equipment
  • Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures including program/process changes, equipment upgrades, and preventative maintenance document improvements
  • Make program corrections for various sheet metal fabrication machines
  • Key team member in operator training sessions
  • Participate in cross functional team projects related to new product development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
  • Ensure safety throughout manufacturing practices, procedures and equipment
