About The Position

Cirrus of Grand Forks is looking for Manufacturing Technicians for their 2nd shift. The Cirrus Facility in Grand Forks produces composite "fiberglass" parts such as Wings, Fuselages, Horizontals, and their accompanying parts for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 piston airplane, and the SF50 Vision Jet. Cirrus is committed to your success through their comprehensive training program, Cirrus University, which provides hands-on training and mentoring. Job duties can include multiple fabrication responsibilities including hand fabrication of composite parts, tooling preparation and maintenance, cutting and trimming of various manufacturing materials, and oven operation.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in a fast-paced team environment
Be dependable
Possess attention to detail
Basic ability to use, or learn to use a computer to access Cirrus Aircraft electronic data & software
Manual Dexterity: Use hands with precision on small items and in small spaces; be quick and confident with hands.
Good work history required.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
A combination of schooling and general mechanical knowledge also considered relative experience and all should be detailed on your application and/or resume.
