Requirements
- Strong expertise in Splunk engineering
- 3-5 years of proven leadership skills
- LUW (Linux/Unix/Windows) strong proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Splunk certifications highly desirable (Splunk ITSI/ Security, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage team of 3 engineers
- Architect/strategize current and future Splunk roadmaps (3-5 years)
- Mentor/lead subordinates
- Strong interaction/collaboration with peer leaders regarding standards and best practices throughout the organization
