About The Position

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can keep the property running smoothly while supporting and guiding the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Previous Lead Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance Technician experience preferred
• Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• HVAC certification preferred
• EPA certification is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must have a professional attitude and dependable work history

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders
• Inspect vacant units and ensure they are ready for new residents
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
• Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment
• Assist with training and directing maintenance team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
