Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance experience who wants to grow their skills in multifamily property maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical maintenance tasks

Nice To Haves

• Apartment/multifamily experience is a plus
• HVAC experience or EPA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance tasks
• Complete apartment make-ready and turnover work
• Respond to resident work orders and maintenance requests
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Patch, paint, and perform minor drywall repairs
• Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and hardware
• Assist with preventive maintenance throughout the property
• Help maintain common areas and property grounds
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents
