About The Position
Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of an apartment community.
Requirements
- Previous apartment groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic landscaping equipment and tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable, professional, and resident-friendly
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, and common areas
- Mow, edge, weed, trim, and blow assigned areas
- Pick up trash and keep the property clean and presentable
- Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking areas, and community spaces
- Assist with seasonal landscaping and outdoor projects
- Remove debris and maintain dumpster areas
- Perform basic grounds and exterior maintenance
- Report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns
- Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as needed
- Follow property safety and appearance standards
