What you’ll do As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day maintenance operations while working hands‑on alongside a small team of technicians. You will ensure equipment, tools, and systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with cGMPs and Global Quality Standards. You will lead daily work planning, scheduling, and task prioritization, audit completed work for quality, and coach team members to support performance and development. As the first point of escalation for urgent or complex maintenance issues, you will act decisively to minimize downtime and protect both people and production. You’ll collaborate closely with Plant, Production, Supply Chain, and Supervisory partners, continuously improving processes and reinforcing Nutreco’s Own It culture of accountability, safety, and ownership. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a hands‑on maintenance professional with 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience who is ready to step into a lead role and guide a small team by example. You bring strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and are comfortable troubleshooting independently while supporting others. You take ownership seriously, communicate clearly, and prioritize safety and quality in every decision. Requirements
