About The Position

Indian Spring Country Club is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. This role is for a skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for keeping facilities running smoothly. The Maintenance Technician will contribute to the impeccable functioning of the Country Club, with a strong knack for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems and equipment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to effectively troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise.
• Highly skilled in general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry to ensure the facility is always in optimal condition for our Members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be essential in managing your workload and completing assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate future reference.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with other team members and address their maintenance-related concerns or requests.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including following safety protocols and using protective equipment when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members to address any issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical circuits, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs and replacements.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
