About The Position
This role is for a Lead Maintenance Technician in a warehouse/industrial setting. The ideal candidate will step up from general maintenance to leading operations, troubleshooting complex issues, keeping a fast-moving warehouse running, and guiding other technicians. If you are the person others turn to when something breaks, you will fit in well here.
Requirements
- 5+ years in industrial / warehouse maintenance
- Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience with conveyors & facility systems
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of OSHA / LOTO safety standards
- Ability to work independently and take charge
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations in a busy warehouse environment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical + mechanical systems
- Jump in on breakdowns and get equipment back online fast
- Support and mentor other technicians on the floor
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to minimize downtime
- Track work orders and repairs in CMMS
