• Ability to complete apartment turnovers and property inspections
• Ability to coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on daily work orders
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Ability to assist with seasonal work (snow removal, landscaping, fall cleanup)

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial maintenance repairs
• Lead and assist maintenance technicians in the field
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general maintenance issues
• Complete apartment turnovers and property inspections
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on daily work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with seasonal work. Snow removal, landscaping, fall cleanup.
