About The Position

We need a talented Full-time Lead Line Cook to join forces with our wonderful team! As a Lead Line Cook, your talents and dedication to our residents needs impact their daily lives. You will help lead the kitchen through daily service to ensure the highest quality meals are served each day. You will be part of the team responsible for educating residents and team members about healthy food options, getting to know a community of wonderful people, and helping to ensure that we always maintain the Gold Standard in all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience working as a lead cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong people management skills.
• Good understanding of reading and preparing recipes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stay on your feet for long periods.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and grow in your craft.
• Ability to remain patient and display tactful and kind composure through tough situations.
• Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard.
• Reliable.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
