About The Position

We are a full-service restaurant collection with locations from coast to coast, known for serving nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

Requirements

  • Experience and willingness to train others
  • Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • Passion for great food and quality presentation
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
