The Neenah Doubletree offers a contemporary stay and features the LevelOne Restaurant and Lounge, which serves American fare, craft beers, bourbons, scotches, and cocktails. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for various aspects of food production, including creating new menu items, assisting the Executive Chef with budgets, ensuring consistent food and beverage quality, maintaining kitchen equipment, and adhering to all health, safety, and labor regulations. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
