About The Position

As a Last Mile Operations Lead at RXO, you will coordinate with site leadership to support home delivery services and assist with day-to-day operations. The role leads a warehouse team, supports order processing and carrier dispatch, and works to strengthen operational processes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and experienced with cycle counting warehouse inventory. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements

At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience with cycle counting warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

Lead 15–20 warehouse material handlers in receiving, picking, and processing daily orders.
Use operational metrics to identify improvement areas and develop actionable plans to improve the business.
Train material handlers to meet safety, quality, and productivity performance goals.
Foster positive working relationships with the warehouse team, contract carriers, and driver helpers.
Manage contract-carrier dispatch and resolve issues throughout the day.
Partner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas, including restructuring routes to improve operational efficiency.
Train and develop contract carriers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel to meet and exceed customer expectations.
