About The Position
This role drives the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and reusable experimental workflows across laboratory environments. The Lead Lab Orchestration will partner with scientific leads to solve real lab challenges, enabling analytics-ready data, automation, and digital connectivity across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody functions. This role plays a key part in accelerating research by embedding standardised, integrated, and future-ready lab orchestration solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in lab automation, orchestration, and digital data management
- Strong understanding of Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody research workflows
- Proven experience integrating laboratory instruments with scalable digital systems
- Experience leading ELN, LIMS, or lab platform selection and implementation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and global teams
Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with scientific leaders to design solutions addressing real laboratory challenges
- Design scalable, reusable experimental workflows enabling analytics-ready lab data from the outset
- Expand and optimise automation initiatives across Chemistry, Biology, and Antibody platforms
- Improve instrument connectivity and automate routine processes to reduce experimental cycle times
- Lead selection and implementation of lab orchestration and digital platforms across functions
- Integrate laboratory instruments and build pipelines to enrich and connect experimental data
