About The Position

TheyDo is hiring a Lead Journey Management Strategist to define, scale, and represent its global vision for journey management at the enterprise level. The role partners directly with C-suite leaders and executive sponsors at strategic enterprise accounts to establish journey management as long-term business infrastructure and support sustained, multi-year return on investment. The strategist leads complex transformation programs spanning Customer Experience, Product, Operations, Digital, and Transformation. They shape journey management frameworks, coaching standards, executive narratives, maturity models, and best practices, and work across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and go-to-market teams to influence product direction, enablement, and commercial positioning. The position operates autonomously across markets, industries, and strategic accounts, with accountability for the strategic evolution and credibility of journey management at TheyDo. TheyDo describes itself as a fully remote company with more than 100 team members across 27 countries and 30+ nationalities. Its permanent employees receive competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity, flexible working arrangements, and the benefits listed below.
