The Lead IT Business Analyst – Global Serialization will be responsible for the planning, execution, and continued operation of Viatris Serialization initiative Globally at all internal manufacturing sites, Packaging sites and Distribution Centers. This role involves close collaboration with Global IT cross-functional Teams and Business SMEs from Engineering, Packaging, Quality, and Serialization teams to coordinate the IT aspects of Serialization projects and end-to-end business processes. The ideal candidate must be adept at escalating risks and issues, influencing without direct reporting lines, multitasking, and embracing change.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
2 years’ experience in Serialization Packaging L2 / L3 deployment and validation required.
2 years’ experience in Global Serialization – US DSCSA, EU FMD required.
Ability to escalate risks and issues.
Ability to influence people without direct reporting lines.
Ability to multitask.
Change-oriented.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and/or participation in projects involving the development and deployment of Serialization functionality, including blueprinting, realization, testing, change management, compliance, and business transition to future processes, ensuring robustness and consistency through rollouts and hyper care.
Collaborate with affiliated business owners and development teams within Manufacturing to communicate with users, business analysts, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Supply Chain, and IT personnel regarding issue resolution and the impact of system changes.
Utilize understanding of integration points with SAP ATTP, SAP S/4 HANA, ERP systems and grasp the impact of all proposed system changes.
Author validation documents such as risk assessments, user requirements, configuration specifications, review validation plans, and execute IQ/OQ.
Ensure the robustness and quality of Serialization and Automated systems through governance and change management.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, workflow analysis, and other relevant techniques.
Assist in testing medium to high complexity solutions, assessing risks, and analyzing impacts for resolving system issues.
Provide business process analysis support, including process mapping, functional analysis, and implementation strategies, while identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Resolve system issues that could adversely impact the business in a timely and effective manner by engaging relevant internal IT and external vendor teams.
Manage all reported incidents and issue resolutions as per agreed-upon SLAs.
Perform health checks on Serialization Level 3 systems and manage the deployment of break fixes, enhancements, system upgrades, and monthly/quarterly maintenance activities at both application and database levels.
Deliver training and maintain training records, update SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job-Aids to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage user access for various Packaging site server Level 3 solutions.
Work with CSV and IT Quality for User Access Review and Periodic Review of Global Serialization packaging and Enterprise solutions.
Plan and execute the deployment of Serialization Level 2 and Level 3 solutions in the Viatris landscape during M&A / TSA Exit projects.
Define a strategy for Level 2 and Level 3 serialization systems carve-out during divestitures and site closures.
Lead the on-site implementation of Serialization Systems with local IT teams, including networking/firewall/database/platform requests for procurement and installation of Line, site manager configuration/support.
Develop training materials and assist in training delivery globally.
