About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract position. The role focuses on managing a queue of technical and information security deliverables for a key inventory management system. Responsibilities include handling compliance, patch scheduling, risk management documentation, access requests, and change management approvals. The position also serves as a team librarian for critical infrastructure, ensuring proper storage, management, and review of all program-required documents.

Requirements

Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure concepts
Able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Chandler, AZ

Responsibilities

Manage a queue of technical and information security deliverables for an application inventory management system
Oversee compliance, patch scheduling, and configuration management verifications
Document risks and associated remediation or compensation controls
Handle access, firewall, and change management request approvals and reviews
Manage Service ID attestations and dormancy management
Work with system SMEs on break-fix communication, system decommissioning/creation, and significant change assessments
Manage the access business rule engine, addressing violations, eligibility, and exceptions
Serve as the point of contact for any requests or inquiries regarding the application inventory
Ensure all program-required documents (restoral plans, test plans, etc.) are stored in required repositories
Manage access permissions for all program documents
Coordinate and oversee required quarterly testing and manage the user population
Conduct yearly documentation reviews for recovery support contacts and system inventory
