Lead Integration Engineer

Badger Infrastructure Solutions LtdBrownsburg, IN

About The Position

The Lead Integration Engineer is Badger’s senior hands-on builder for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), personally designing, developing, and troubleshooting the most complex and business-critical integrations across the Oracle landscape. Beyond building, the role helps establish and uphold the integration standards, patterns, and review practices the platform runs on, and quality-reviews the designs and deliverables of implementation partners. This is a senior individual-contributor, build-first role: the priority is current, deep, hands-on delivery, with the depth of design and standards involvement scaled to experience and the maturity of the function. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
