The Lead Instructor for the Mission-Critical Data Center Electrical Craft Upskilling program is a field-based leadership role responsible for the quality, consistency, and operational execution of StrataSKILLS instructor-led training programs delivered at client project sites. This role manages and develops a team of Electrical Craft Instructors, serves as the primary operational contact for client program managers, and steps in as lead instructor when program delivery or quality requires it. This engagement covers three 3–4 week ILT courses delivered in cohorts of 8–12 journeyman-level electricians: Low Voltage Systems Terminations and Testing (26 hours), Low Voltage Systems Motor and Equipment Wiring (30 hours), and Medium Voltage Termination, Maintenance, and Inspection (28 hours). All delivery is aligned to NFPA 70 (NEC 2023), NFPA 70E (2024), OSHA 1910.269, and IEEE 1584. This is primarily a leadership and quality role. The Lead Instructor manages the program, alongside delivery.
