About The Position

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and qualified Wright-Patterson Site Lead & Instructor to support a U.S. Space Force Delta 7 training program. This position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to delivering mission-critical classified space intelligence training. The Wright-Patterson Instructor & Site Lead will serve as the on-site lead and primary instructor at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, overseeing local training operations and coordinating with Government personnel, instructors, and program leadership. The successful candidate will deliver instruction for the Space Warfighter Intelligence Fundamentals Training (SWIFT), Analysis, Structured Techniques, Reasoning, and Operational Trade-craft (ASTRO), and Mission Planning Course (MPC) while supporting classroom management, training logistics, course documentation, and the successful execution of training events.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Air Force (DAF), Intelligence Community (IC), space operations, intelligence, ISR, mission planning, or analytic trade-craft programs
  • Experience delivering instructor-led classroom training in a classified DoD or Intelligence Community environment
  • Experience serving as a site lead, training lead, course lead, senior instructor, or in a comparable leadership role
  • Experience coordinating course schedules, classroom logistics, student support, and instructor activities
  • Experience developing or maintaining Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, assessments, student materials, and instructional courseware
  • Experience facilitating classroom instruction, practical exercises, student evaluations, and after-action discussions
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base
  • Experience supporting Space War fighter Intelligence Fundamentals Training (SWIFT), Analysis, Structured Techniques, Reasoning, and Operational Trade-craft (ASTRO), Mission Planning Course (MPC), or comparable intelligence training programs
  • Experience supporting U.S. Space Force (USSF), U.S. Air Force (USAF), Joint Space Operations, Combat Forces Command (CFC), Space Delta 7, NASIC, ISR Squadrons, or other classified space intelligence organizations
  • Knowledge of intelligence fundamentals, structured analytic techniques, mission planning, ISR, space targeting, operational trade-craft, and classified space intelligence operations
  • Prior experience supporting classified military education or operational training programs

  • Intelligence, space operations, mission planning, or instructional systems design certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site lead for classified space intelligence training activities at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base
  • Deliver instructor-led training in support of the Space War-fighter Intelligence Fundamentals Training (SWIFT), Analysis, Structured Techniques, Reasoning, and Operational Trade-craft (ASTRO), Mission Planning Course (MPC), and related intelligence training programs
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, instructors, and program leadership to ensure the successful planning and execution of training events
  • Manage local course schedules, classroom logistics, student support, and instructor coordination
  • Develop, update, and maintain Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, student materials, practical exercises, assessments, and other courseware
  • Deliver engaging classroom instruction, facilitate practical exercises, lead discussions, and conduct student evaluations
  • Support foundational intelligence instruction, structured analytic techniques, mission planning, operational trade-craft, and space operations training
  • Collect student feedback, support after-action reviews (AARs), and recommend improvements to course content and delivery
  • Serve as the primary local customer interface, ensuring effective communication and coordination with Government stakeholders and contractor personnel
  • Ensure all training activities are conducted in accordance with program requirements, security procedures, and instructional standards
