The Lead Instructor & Assistant Youth Prosperity Coordinator supports the Youth Prosperity Program and the Academy by leading academic instruction and assisting with program implementation. This is a part-time role for 20 to 25 hours per week. This role focuses on helping students improve academic performance, strengthen ACT readiness, and build the skills necessary for college, vocational training, and employment. The Lead Instructor works closely with the Youth Prosperity Coordinator to ensure students receive both strong academic preparation and meaningful mentorship. The position combines classroom leadership, student mentorship, and program support.
