About The Position

Venture Solar is expanding and seeking experienced Solar Installers to join their installation team. This role involves daily reporting to Biddeford, ME, and offers a $3000 sign-on bonus after 3 months. The position focuses on residential solar installation, including the assembly of racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, as well as handling the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array. The installer will also assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of an Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous Solar Installation experience.
• Comfort with heights/roof work.
• A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
• Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
• A valid, clean driver’s license.
• A commitment to 40+ hour weeks.
