About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and skilled candidates for the role of Lead Installer. This position serves as the lead installer on assigned projects, providing on-site technical leadership and direction to installation crews. The role does not have direct reports but is responsible for coordinating work activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping crews successfully complete installations safely and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example, innovate solutions, and contribute to building comfortable, efficient environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Willingness to obtain class D driver's license within the first 60-days
• Ability to travel (once a month on average)
• Extensive experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or forklift
• Ability to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks
• Mechanically inclined, skilled use of hand tools is required
• Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work
• Experience with company emailing and use of a smartphone
• Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to drive a company truck
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate
• Physical abilities including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide
• Take direction effectively and maintain clear communication with the General Contractor on-site
• Guide and assist installation team members to maintain productivity and uphold company standards while completing assigned projects
• Move heavy objects and work with power tools
• Communicate directly with customers and project managers
• Perform warehouse work and building maintenance on rare occasions
