Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead Installer or Senior HVAC Technician within the construction industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations, and quality standards related to HVAC installation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Valid HVAC certification or relevant technical training along with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the HVAC installation team ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate daily installation schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve any installation challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and evaluate installation team members to promote professional development and high performance.
Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and company policies throughout installation processes.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including progress reports, installation records, and inventory management.
