About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Security Installation Technician or a strong Level II Technician ready to step into a leadership role. This individual will lead installation projects for enterprise-level security systems while working independently with minimal supervision. Requirements

• Experience installing and servicing enterprise security systems
• Strong knowledge of Access Control Systems
• Strong knowledge of CCTV / IP Video Systems
• Strong knowledge of Intrusion / Alarm Systems
• Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals (IP-based systems)
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating installs

Nice To Haves

• Experience or certifications in Access Control Platforms: Lenel / S2, Genetec, Software House, Pro-Watch, OpenPath
• Experience or certifications in Video Systems: Axis, Avigilon, Hanwha, Milestone, Exacq, Genetec
• Experience or certifications in Intrusion Systems: Bosch, DSC, DMP, Vista
• Experience or certifications in Door Hardware: ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects for access control, CCTV, intrusion, and IP-based security systems
• Run, terminate, configure, and test low-voltage cabling and system components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts
• Provide day-to-day direction to technicians on-site
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on job sites
• Ensure quality control, project timelines, and proper system functionality
• Perform system commissioning, troubleshooting, and final turnover
• Track project progress and maintain documentation
• Deliver strong customer service and maintain professional communication
