About The Position

Treehouse Learning Center, a Gold-rated Step Up To Quality childcare center in Gahanna, Ohio, is hiring an experienced Infant Teacher to lead its infant classroom. The role provides calm, consistent, nurturing care and involves maintaining predictable feeding, sleep, and play routines; practicing safe sleep; planning developmental activities; recording milestones in Teaching Strategies GOLD®; and sharing warm daily updates with parents. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Pay is competitive and based on experience and credentials.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of infant/toddler experience.
• Ohio Career Pathway Level 3+ or CDA.
• Lesson planning experience.
• Strong parent communication skills.
• Verifiable dependability.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet Ohio licensing requirements.

• Spanish language skills.
