About The Position

The In-House Marketing Lead is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of the In-House Marketing Department. This role drives production for all In-House Marketing Programs, including those for owners, samplers, renters, exchangers, the Owner BB Team, and the Pre-Arrival Team. The Lead also ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, and systems, and is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff. Key objectives include maintaining site penetration above approved levels without generating guest complaints, keeping gifting costs below approved or budgeted levels, and ensuring 100% Owner/Guest satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and meeting their needs. The Lead will also assist In-House Marketing Team personnel, ensuring accuracy in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting from both Concierge and TSW from a financial standpoint.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One year of timeshare experience preferred and customer service experience
  • Concierge Web based reporting
  • Customer service and quality fundamentals
  • MS Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the In-House Marketing Department.
  • Drive production for all In-House Marketing Programs (owners, samplers, renters and exchangers, Owner BB Team, Pre-Arrival Team, Etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and systems.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff.
  • Maintain site penetration above approved levels without generating guest complaints.
  • Maintain gifting cost below approved or budgeted levels.
  • Maintain 100% Owner/Guest satisfaction by ensuring guests concerns are heard and needs are met.
  • Assist In-House Marketing Team personnel.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is accurate from both Concierge and TSW from a financial standpoint.
