About The Position

iRely is a leading provider of ERP and Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) software for Agriculture, Petroleum, Retail Convenience Stores, and Food industries worldwide. As iRely continues to expand its software portfolio and customer base, we are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Implementation Specialist to lead customer implementation an integration projects in the US. This individual will play a pivotal role in implementing iRely ERP software and delivering exceptional value to our customers. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring implementation and integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, training, and occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with ERP software product implementation or SaaS
  • Experience with Accounting and Financial systems, AR/AP, GL, Time & Material
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate should be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
  • Support Implementation from Sales handover to go-live.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
  • Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
  • Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
  • Interface with customers at all levels.
  • Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
  • Provide customer training.
  • Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
  • Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Group.
  • Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
