HVAC Cowboys is a rapidly expanding company seeking a high-level Lead Installer to manage residential HVAC system change-outs from inception to completion. The company prioritizes quality, accountability, and growth, focusing on delivering clean, precise, and high-end work. Requirements

• Proven experience leading HVAC installs (3+ years)
• Strong technical skill — not just “gets it done,” but gets it done right
• Leadership mindset and accountability
• EPA Certified
• valid driver’s license
• Pride in your work and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system change-outs from start to finish
• Run your crew and own the job site
• Install systems cleanly, correctly, and to high-end standards
• Handle duct modifications, refrigerant piping, electrical, and startup
• Ensure every system is dialed in, tested, and performing properly
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team
