Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
- Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
- Train, mentor, and support installation team members
- Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
- Complete service documentation and invoices accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project
