About The Position
Busby’s is seeking a highly skilled Lead Installation Technician with advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership. As a Lead Installer, you will set the standard in the field, coach and develop other installers, and ensure the successful completion of jobs.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup

- Proficiency in ServiceTitan documentation
- Experience with on-site payment collection
- Ability to execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Ability to perform flawless startups and precision system charging
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Ability to install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
Responsibilities
- Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
- Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
- Proficient in ServiceTitan documentation and on-site payment collection
- Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results

- Flat rate pay for installs with typical earnings between $65,000 to over $100,000 per year
