About The Position

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? CJS is looking to build an industry leading team with talented Lead Installers. This role involves installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. The Lead Installer will maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have. Responsibilities include pre-measuring job sites to prepare for installation, properly connecting equipment, and documenting all calls/jobs according to company requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
