Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (as a Lead).
- Highly mechanically inclined with a strong eye for detail and code-compliant quality.
- Must be 21+ (for insurance).
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
- Build showcase-ready plenums.
- Treat every install as if it were their own home.
