Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Connecticut State D or S License
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of HVAC experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers to review equipment placement and project expectations.
- Coordinate crew to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Oversee equipment installation, piping, and terminations.
- Complete startup and closeout paperwork.
- Maintain high workmanship standards.
