About The Position

The HVAC Lead Installation Technician leads residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. The role involves coordinating installation work with team members, communicating directly with homeowners, resolving installation challenges, and mentoring installation team members. The technician is expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate job documentation and inventory records. Requirements

Previous experience as an HVAC Installation Technician, preferably in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
