Requirements

1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer
High School Diploma, GED, or Tech/Trade School (strongly preferred)
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges
Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following travel schedules, listening to concerns, and solving problems
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and communication flow
Ensure all necessary parts and equipment are requested in advance and that the truck is properly stocked for each installation job
Document work performed according to company procedures
Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants or apprentices
Maintain personal tools and equipment, ensuring they are in operable condition
Stay up to date with HVAC codes and standards
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all work settings
Drive and maintain a box truck, ensuring it is properly serviced and operational
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
