Ozarks Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning – Springfield & Branson, MO is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to coordinate professional installations, drive teamwork, and promote team member growth. Requirements

• Residential communicating HVAC system installation experience
• Strong mechanical & technical aptitude
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements

Nice To Haves

• Duct cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Install complete HVAC systems including: Split Systems, Furnaces, Air Handlers, Condensers, Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, Thermostats, Indoor Air Quality Products, Smart Home Devices, and Ductwork.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and professionally.
• Perform start-up, testing, balancing, and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Educate customers on the operation of their new equipment.
• Recommend maintenance plans and IAQ solutions when appropriate.
• Complete installation documentation using company technology.
• Take ownership of all Installation recalls & customer concerns.
• Represent Ozarks Aire Serv professionally on every job.
