Requirements

2+ years of HVAC Installer experience
Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
Growth mindset, willingness to learn, high ethics, and wants to make A LOT of $$$

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop apprentices, under his/her care, into install technicians.
Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
Complete all required documentation, including checklists, recording model and serial numbers, and install dates in Service Titan on installs and Collect, record, and deliver fees to the designated office administration.
Record all materials used or consumed on the job for accurate job costing and replenishment.
Protect customers' homes from damage while working and leave customers' homes cleaner than when we arrived.
Inform the team supervisor or manager if the customer does not have fully functioning HVAC equipment before leaving the call.
Report any safety issues to the install supervisor/manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
