We are seeking a Lead, HR Technology to join our HR Technology team and help drive the continuous improvement and strategic enhancement of our Workday platform. This role is ideal for an experienced Workday professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound HR process knowledge, and a practical approach to solving business problems through technology. As a technical lead on the team, you will focus primarily on Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Workday Journeys, helping improve key moments across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology, you will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable Workday solutions that support evolving organizational needs.
