Lead Housekeeper
About The Position
This is a supervisory position for the housekeeping function, with direct reports. Ensures the efficient, high quality operation of the housekeeping team during assigned schedule. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Six months to one year months related experience and/a-or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six months supervisory experience
- Need a valid California Driver’s License.
- Certification for any resort equipment as needed for the success of the department.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling and performance management/evaluations.
- Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.
