About The Position
We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Lead to join our team! Our Housekeeping Leads oversee several buildings in our community (both in Independent Living and Assisted Living) with regards to housekeeping duties and operations, and training. They will also do walk-throughs with residents and staff, clean homes as needed, and complete other duties as assigned. This is a working lead position.
Requirements
- Related experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping duties and operations for several buildings in the community (Independent Living and Assisted Living).
- Provide training to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct walk-throughs with residents and staff.
- Clean homes as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
