About The Position
We're seeking a hands-on Lead Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our senior living community. This is a working supervisor role, not an office position. You'll actively clean alongside your team while managing schedules, training staff, and ensuring exceptional service for residents.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving seniors
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or housekeeping is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
- Create schedules and assign daily responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure team compliance
- Welcome new residents and support resident satisfaction
- Coordinate routine and seasonal deep cleaning projects
- Ensure regulatory and safety standards are met
