Requirements
- Working leader who ensures cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the community
Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping in resident suites, common areas, and offices
- Support laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and distribution
- Monitor team performance to ensure quality standards are upheld
- Assist with training and onboarding housekeeping team members
- Order and manage cleaning supplies within budget guidelines
- Ensure chemicals and equipment are stored safely
- Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols
- Support resident-centered service and respond to requests respectfully
